§ 44-96. Military property exempt from levy and sale.
The uniforms, arms and equipment required by law or regulations, of everycommissioned and warrant officer and every enlisted person of the VirginiaNational Guard, Virginia State Defense Force and naval militia shall beexempt from sale under any execution, distress or other process for debt andtaxes.
