§ 45.1-161.99. Meetings of the Virginia Coal Mine Safety Board; notices;quorum.
The Virginia Coal Mine Safety Board shall hold meetings at such times andplaces as shall be designated by the chairman. The chairman may call ameeting of the Board at any time and shall call a meeting of the Board withintwenty days of receipt by the chairman of a written request by another memberof the Board. Notification of each meeting of the Board shall be given inwriting to each member by the chairman at least five days in advance of themeeting. The chairman and any four or more members of the Board shallconstitute a quorum for the transaction of any business of the Board.
