§ 45.1-161.292:23. Replacement of lost or destroyed certificates.
If any certificate issued by the Board of Mineral Mining Examiners shall belost or destroyed, the Director may supply a copy thereof to the person towhom it was issued, upon the payment of one dollar; provided it shall beestablished to the satisfaction of the Board of Mineral Mining Examiners thatthe loss or destruction actually occurred and the person seeking such copywas the holder of such certificate.
