§ 45.1-197.8. Creation of Fund.
There is hereby created in the State Treasurer's office a special fund to beknown as the Minerals Reclamation Fund, hereinafter referred to as the Fund,which shall be under the supervision of the Department. The Fund shallconsist of all payments made into the Fund by operators in accordance withthe provisions of this article.
