§ 46.2-1527.11. No waiver by the Board of disciplinary action againstlicensee or registrant.
Nothing contained in this article shall limit the authority of the Board totake disciplinary action against any licensee or registrant for any violationof this chapter or any regulation promulgated under this chapter.
