§ 46.2-1993.31. Prohibited solicitation and compensation.
It shall be unlawful for any motorcycle dealer or salesperson licensed underthis chapter, directly or indirectly, to solicit the sale of a motorcyclethrough a person with a pecuniary interest, or to pay, or cause to be paid,any commission or compensation in any form whatsoever to any person inconnection with the sale of a motorcycle, unless the person is duly licensedas a salesperson employed by the dealer.
