§ 46.2-1993.51. Operation under foreign dealer's license.
It shall be unlawful, except as provided for by reciprocal agreement, for anyperson to operate a motorcycle or for the owner thereof to permit amotorcycle to be operated in the Commonwealth on a foreign dealer's license,unless the operation of the motorcycle on the license is specificallyauthorized by the Commissioner.
