§ 46.2-1993.67:1. When discontinuation, cancellation, or nonrenewal offranchise unfair.
A discontinuation, cancellation, or nonrenewal of a franchise agreement isunfair if it is not clearly permitted by the franchise agreement, is notundertaken in good faith, is not undertaken for good cause, or is based on analleged breach of the franchise agreement that is not in fact a material andsubstantial breach.
