§ 46.2-2072. Operational restrictions.
No nonprofit/tax-exempt passenger carrier shall operate over the same or anadjacent route and on a similar schedule as a public transportation authorityor a common carrier holding a certificate of public convenience and necessityissued pursuant to this chapter.
