§ 46.2-2108.6. Considerations for determination of issuance of license,permit, or certificate.

In determining whether a license, permit, or certificate of publicconvenience and necessity required by this chapter shall be issued, theDepartment may, among other things, consider compliance with financialresponsibility, bonding and other requirements of this chapter.
