46.2-685 - Payment of fees into special fund.

§ 46.2-685. Payment of fees into special fund.

All fees collected by the Commissioner under §§ 46.2-651, 46.2-652, and46.2-653 shall be paid into the state treasury and set aside as a specialfund to be used to meet the expenses of the Department.
