§ 46.2-749.66. Special license plates; victims of attack on USS Cole.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue to theapplicant special license plates honoring the persons injured or killed inthe attack on the USS Cole (DDG 67) during its refueling in Aden, Yemen, onOctober 12, 2000.
