§ 46.2-815. Hauling certain cargoes through tunnels in violation of postedsigns; penalty.
The hauling of any explosive, flammable, or other hazardous cargo, asprohibited by the Department of Transportation under the authority of §§33.1-12 and 33.1-49, through any tunnel on any highway in the Commonwealth inviolation of any lawfully posted sign shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor.
