§ 5.1-88.1. Proof of financial responsibility to be furnished for eachaircraft.
No aircraft, as defined in § 5.1-1 except a public aircraft or a balloonshall be licensed by the Department unless and until the applicant thereoffurnishes proof of financial responsibility in the amounts required by thischapter for each aircraft for which a license is applied for.
