§ 50-73.21. Assumed or fictitious names.
Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, no partnership organizedunder this chapter which is conducting or transacting business in thisCommonwealth under the name of the partnership set forth in a certificatefiled pursuant to § 50-73.17, nor any partner of that limited partnership,shall be required to file any assumed or fictitious name or comparablecertificate solely for such conduct or transaction of partnership business.
