§ 53.1-43. Pay incentives for prisoners.
The Director may, subject to the approval of the Board, establish a system ofpay incentives for prisoners confined in any state correctional facility.Such system may provide for the payment of a bonus to any prisoner who isassigned to employment in any position of responsibility or who performs hisjob in an exemplary manner.
