53.1-46 - Sale of artistic products.

§ 53.1-46. Sale of artistic products.

Subject to such rules as he may prescribe, the Director may permit prisonersconfined in state correctional facilities to sell to the public artisticproducts personally crafted by the prisoners. Such artistic products shallinclude, but are not limited to, paintings, pottery and leatherwork.
