§ 53.1-67.5. Board to prescribe standards.
The Board shall prescribe standards for the development, implementation,operation, and evaluation of programs, services and facilities authorized bythis article. The Board shall also prescribe guidelines for the transfer ofoffenders from a state or local correctional facility who the Director hasdetermined should be placed in programs or facilities authorized under thisarticle.
