§ 54.1-3102.1. Waiver of experiential requirements for licensure authorized.
The Board may waive the experiential or practicum requirements for anapplicant for a nursing home administrator's license if the applicantdemonstrates significant experience, such as, but not limited to, twentyyears of executive experience as an officer in the home office of one or moremulti-facility nursing home companies and a minimum of four years ofexecutive responsibility for the operation of one or more nursing homes.
