§ 54.1-3408.02. Transmission of prescriptions.
Consistent with federal law and in accordance with regulations promulgated bythe Board, prescriptions may be transmitted to a pharmacy by electronictransmission or by facsimile machine and shall be treated as valid originalprescriptions.
