§ 55-210.22. Judicial review of decision of State Treasurer.
Any person aggrieved by an act or decision of the State Treasurer withrespect to a claim for property held by the State Treasurer pursuant to theprovisions of this chapter may commence an action in the circuit orcorporation court of the county or city wherein the property claimed issituated to establish his claim. The proceeding shall be brought within threeyears after the decision of the State Treasurer, or within three years fromthe filing of the claim if the State Treasurer fails to act.
