§ 55-277.33. Application of chapter to existing trusts decedent's estates andnontrust estates.
This chapter applies to every trust, decedent's estate or nontrust estateexisting on January 1, 2000, except as otherwise expressly provided in thewill or the terms of the trust, any other governing document, or in thischapter.
