§ 55-64.1. Title to real estate sold not affected by nonlisting of securednotes for taxation.
The title to real estate heretofore or hereafter sold under a deed of trustshall not be drawn in question upon the ground that the holder of the notessecured by such deed of trust did not list the same for taxation.
