§ 55-142.9. No action to be brought against State Corporation Commission orits staff.
No action shall be brought against the State Corporation Commission or anymember of the staff thereof claiming damage for alleged errors or omissionsin the performance of the duties herein imposed on the said State CorporationCommission.
