§ 57-39.25. Violation a misdemeanor.
It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of § 57-39.22of this article. Any such violation shall be deemed a Class 3 misdemeanor,and any person convicted of such violation shall be punished in accordancewith the provisions of § 18.2-11.
