§ 58.1-3122. Tax Commissioner may report misconduct or incapacity ofcommissioner of the revenue.
The Tax Commissioner may communicate any instances of misconduct or neglectof any commissioner, or any evidence of his incapacity, in a letter to theclerk of the circuit court of the county or city wherein such commissionerwas elected. The clerk shall promptly present such letter to the circuitcourt.
