§ 58.1-3169. Interest chargeable against treasurer for failure to pay overrevenue.
Every treasurer who wilfully fails to pay the revenue into the treasury atthe time prescribed by law shall be charged with interest thereon at the rateof fifteen percent per annum from the time such revenue was so payable.
