§ 59.1-207.7. Definitions.
As used in this chapter unless the context requires otherwise:
"Agricultural equipment" shall mean any self-propelled vehicle designedprimarily for and used in the occupation or business of farming.
"Consumer" shall mean a purchaser, other than for purposes of resale, ofnew agricultural equipment or any subsequent purchaser, other than forpurpose of resale, to whom such equipment is transferred during the durationof a manufacturer's express written warranty applicable to such equipment.
