59.1-330.2 - Fraud rendering contract voidable.

§ 59.1-330.2. Fraud rendering contract voidable.

Any membership camping contract entered into by the purchaser upon any false,misleading, prohibited, or unlawful information, representation, notice, oradvertisement of the membership camping operator or the operator's agentshall be voidable at the option of the purchaser.
