59.1-434 - Enforcement; penalties.

§ 59.1-434. Enforcement; penalties.

Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a prohibited practice underthe provisions of § 59.1-200 and shall be subject to any and all of theenforcement provisions of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-196 etseq.) of this title.
