§ 59.1-508.11. Specific performance.
(a) Specific performance may be ordered:
(1) if the agreement provides for that remedy, other than an obligation forthe payment of money;
(2) if the contract was not for personal services and the agreed performanceis unique; or
(3) in other proper circumstances.
(b) An order for specific performance may contain any conditions consideredjust and must provide adequate safeguards consistent with the contract toprotect the confidentiality of information, information, and informationalrights of both parties.
