§ 6.1-418. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Annual report.
Each lender or broker required to be licensed under this chapter shallannually, on or before March 1, file a written report with the Commissionercontaining such information as the Commissioner may require concerning hisbusiness and operations during the preceding calendar year as to eachlicensed place of business. Reports shall be made under oath and shall be inthe form prescribed by the Commissioner, who shall make and publish annuallyan analysis and recapitulation of the reports.
