§ 6.1-446. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Applicability.
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any bank, savingsinstitution or credit union that does not elect to become licensed under thischapter. Electing to become licensed under this chapter, however, shallconstitute a waiver of the benefit of any and all laws of this Commonwealthand other states, territories, possessions, and districts of the UnitedStates and federal laws preemptive of, or inconsistent with, the provisionsof this chapter.
