§ 6.1-10. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Participation by banks inschool thrift or savings plans.

A bank may contract with the principal of any elementary or secondary school,if authorized so to do by the school board in any county, city or townwherein such bank has a location, for the participation by the bank in anyschool thrift or savings plan, and it may accept deposits at such a schooleither by its own collector or by any representative of the school whobecomes the agent of the bank for such purpose.
