§ 6.1-110.3. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Transfer of title to bankassets.

Upon the appointment of the FDIC as receiver, title to all assets of the bankshall vest in the FDIC without the execution of any instruments ofconveyance, assignment, transfer or endorsement.
