§ 6.1-30.3. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Supervision by Commission.
All common trust funds established under the provisions of § 6.1-30.1 shallbe operated in conformity with the regulations issued from time to time bythe Commission, which regulations shall conform substantially to theregulations of the Comptroller of the Currency governing the operations ofcommon trust funds.
