§ 6.1-32.26. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Regulations.

The Commission may promulgate such regulations as it deems appropriate toeffect the purposes of this article. Before promulgating any such regulation,the Commission shall give reasonable notice of its content and shall affordinterested parties an opportunity to be heard. In promulgating regulationsapplicable to affiliated trust companies, the Commission shall be guided,where appropriate, by those standards and requirements concerningself-dealing and conflicts of interests that apply to banks, bank holdingcompanies, and their subsidiaries when engaged in both trust and securitiesactivities.
