§ 6.1-32.30:6. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Directors or managers.
The affairs of every private trust company shall be directed by a board ofdirectors if a corporation, and managers or board of directors if a limitedliability company, which shall consist of not less than five nor more thantwenty-five persons. At least one director or manager shall be a citizen ofthis Commonwealth.
