§ 6.1-32.35. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Trust business at a branchor trust office.

An out-of-state trust institution may engage in a trust business at an officein this state only if it maintains (i) a trust office in this Commonwealth aspermitted by this article or (ii) a branch in this Commonwealth.
