§ 6.1-37. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Rights of national bankstockholders dissenting from conversion.

The rights of stockholders of the national banking association who dissentfrom the action of the stockholders, approving the conversion of the nationalbanking corporation into a state bank, shall be governed by the provisions of§ 2 (b) of the act of Congress of August 17, 1950, Chapter 729, as nowexisting or as hereafter amended.
