§ 6.1-42. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Banking facilities in certainhospitals or federal areas.
The Commission, when in its discretion the same is required for patients in,students at, and employees of hospitals operated by the VeteransAdministration or by the Commonwealth or for members of the armed forces atany military or naval federal area in Virginia, may permit any bank which isauthorized to do business in this Commonwealth to establish and operate suchbanking facilities as are required in any such hospital or federal area.
The banking facilities so established shall be operated in accordance withthe laws of this Commonwealth relative thereto and the Commission may permitonly certain specified services to be so established and operated.
