§ 6.1-44.24. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Regulations; certain fees.

The Commission may promulgate such regulations, and may provide for thepayment of such reasonable application and administration fees, as it findsnecessary and appropriate in order to implement the provisions of thisarticle.
