§ 6.1-45. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Bank to be managed by board ofdirectors; number of directors.
The affairs of every bank or banking institution incorporated under the lawsof this Commonwealth shall be managed by a board of directors which shallconsist of not less than five persons.
