§ 6.1-78. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Preferences; giving preferenceby pledging assets.
No bank shall give preference to any depositor or creditor by pledging theassets of such bank, except as otherwise authorized in the two succeedingsections, or except to secure deposits of trust funds made pursuant to theprovisions of § 6.1-21 or § 6.1-32.8.
