§ 6.1-88. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Notice of examination.
No previous notice of any examination shall be given any bank or any of itsdirectors, officers, or employees; provided, however, that if the Bureau ofFinancial Institutions determines that notice will facilitate and notdiminish the effectiveness of an examination, such notice may be given.
