§ 6.1-194.36. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) When former federalsavings institution may do business as state association or state bank.

The former federal savings institution converting to a state association or astate bank shall transact no business as a state association or a state bankother than that relating to its organization until its certificate ofauthority to do business has been granted and its dissolution as a federalsavings institution has become effective.
