§ 6.1-194.47. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Unapproved foreign savingsinstitutions.

The Commissioner is authorized to obtain an injunction or to take any otheraction necessary to prevent any foreign savings institution from doing anybusiness of a savings institution in the Commonwealth without appropriateapproval.
