§ 6.1-194.90. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Application to federal andforeign savings institutions.
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to federal savings institutionsand foreign savings institutions doing business in the Commonwealth insofaras the Commonwealth has the power to enact legislation with regard to them.
