§ 6.1-194.92. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Statement by savingsinstitution that its accounts are insured or guaranteed; misleadingadvertising.

No savings institution shall, without the written approval of the Commission,make any representation, oral or written, that any of its accounts areinsured or guaranteed unless such accounts are insured or guaranteed by aninstrumentality of the United States or other insurer approved by theCommission. No savings institution shall publish any misleadingadvertisement.
