§ 6.1-225.17. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Bylaws amended byCommission.
Any bylaw may be amended by the Commission by order entered on its order bookand certified to the credit union. Before entering any such order theCommission shall notify the credit union of the proposed amendment and affordit an opportunity to be heard.
